Licensed Architect in Rijeka

DRAFT LAB is an architectural studio based in Rijeka, where every project — from the first meeting to the occupancy permit — is led by a licensed architect. We design all types of buildings, with particular focus on new builds and renovations of family houses and residential buildings, and alongside design we handle everything construction brings with it: from legalisation and condominium registration to obtaining the building and occupancy permits. Most of our completed projects are located in Rijeka, Opatija and the island of Krk and surrounding municipalities, though location has never been an obstacle to working together.
